How do you price my parts?
By part number and quantity, against this week's market. You get a line-item offer by email, valid 10 business days. No obligation.
When do I get paid?
Two ways: PayPal Goods & Services upfront as soon as you accept (ship within 2 business days), or cash on the spot at a local pickup. We cover the PayPal fee.
Do I pay for shipping?
Yes. For large lots we can arrange freight or a cash pickup in one of our 7 cities.
What if something doesn't match?
We tell you what differs and send a revised price before paying. Decline and we ship it back at our cost.
Is the data on my SSDs wiped?
Yes — every drive is NIST 800-88 wiped or shredded. Certificate on request.
